Refined white flour like white bread, pizza’s, doughnuts, etc.

Refined wheat is lower in essential nutrients which are empty calories, that can lead to rapid spikes in blood sugar

Industrial Vegetable Oils are high in omega-6 fatty acids which are unnatural and unhealthy in large amounts to human beings.

They have also been linked to oxidative stress and cancer

Coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil are a better bet and healthier.

Healthy eating can create inner happiness.

Additives which make children angry and hyper-active probably  have some kind on effect on most peoples moods or behavior.

I know that I’m happier eating healthy food. Children with behavioral problems change dramatically when restricted from certain foods.

Healthy meals mean less carcinogenics (cancer causing) and more nutrients and antioxidants to protect from the illnesses which cause loss and misery in this world.

There are many illnesses which are becoming more common as our diets have increased in Trans fats, saturated fat, sugar, salt, sugary drinks, artificial additives, etc, which have adverse effects on our health, behavior, happiness and performance all round.

By eating more rubbish, we are eating less good stuff. Duh!

We are moving slower, aging faster and we ain’t looking so hot.
