1). Add More protein and vegetables to your daily diet.

Fat, Carbohydrates and Protein are macro-nutrients. This means our bodies need them in large quantities.
But unlike to fat & carbohydrates, the body doesn’t store protein. so we need a constant supply.
Vitamins and minerals are micro-nutrients. These are only needed in small amounts.
2). Cut down on, or completely eliminate sugar in all food and drinks.
Sugar cravings can be managed with fruit, etc. It’s also better for health in general.
Eat fewer, or completely avoid refined and processed carbohydrates (white bread, white rice, sugar, etc) also referred to as “bad carbs”, (white food).
This will promote health, happiness and performance, as well as burn a few pounds.
3). A daily exercise routine. This is the key to weight loss.
The more you move, the more you lose.
