Tasty Vegetarian dishes are so important to our health and performance. They provide us with nearly all of the nutrients and fibre that our bodies require to perform well and keep us happy and our food interesting.

We need to be happy with our bodies so that we can use them to the max and really get our money’s worth.

We are advised to eat at least 5 portions of fruit & veg a day, but we can truly benefit by going for 10 portions a day, especially if we’re losing weight. Smoothies are a great way to consume the daily F & V. The fruit and the veg can be mixed to obtain the required taste. The choices and combinations are literally endless.

Herbs can also be added. As well as condiments, oils, sauces, vinegars, etc.
